Miki joined CST in 2004 as a part-time sales representative while juggling another job and two young children.  She was awarded "runner-up" in the branch Rookie category. In 2006, she decided to pursue the CST career as her full-time job. From 2008 to 2014, in addition to selling, Miki took on a branch administrator position.  She now coaches and challenges her team members as a manager.
